What's an Inbody scan?
Go beyond the scale and your weight with an InBody Scan!
The InBody scan is a noninvasive, easy-to-use method of assessing your body composition pre- and post-Challenge. Our InBody device uses an advanced form of bioelectrical impedance analysis (BIA) with a combination of direct segmental measurements and multi-frequencies to break down body composition. Pre and post Challenge InBody scans enable you to establish a baseline before the Challenge and quantify your progress from at the end, and on to your next Challenge!

Available for an additional cost are personalized InBody scan consultations with our certified Nutrition Coach Adrianna. She will review your scan results to help you understand your current fat, muscle, and body levels are and act as a baseline to help you conquer your goals like shedding a few pounds, gain muscle mass, lean up, or a complete body transformation!
